Another week and another meal prep day in the works for the Powers’ family!

While I don’t LOVE the gargantuan mess that I make in my kitchen once every week, I do LOVE the fruits of my labor. And so does my family!

This week I am super excited to be trying out some new fat bomb recipes for my hubby who is following a low carb, sugar free, high fat diet and seeing amazing results. I will be making Bacon, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Bites, as well as, Peanut Butter Fat Bombs.

Zucchini boats have been another hit during the dinner hour and just so happens to be one of the top 3 featured recipes this week so be sure to download it so you can make it for your family too! I will be making a taco zucchini boat, as well as, a cheeseburger zucchini boat this week. They are so yummy, fun to eat and so easy to make. You will love them!

Grain Free Blueberry Muffins (that taste like Little Debbie Mini Muffins)

Did you happen to try the Grain Free Blueberry Muffins that I sent out in last week’s Meal Plan Resources?? If you like the Little Debbie Mini Muffin packets, then you MUST try these. They taste EXACTLY like them and they have no grain and no sugar! They are seriously amazing.
