Let’s be honest, the holidays can sometimes be stressful. It is unfortunate that a holiday celebrating the birth of the Saviour of the world has evolved into one of the most stressful times of the year for so many people! But it is what has happened in America and the reality we face…

This is the season of GIVING, but we can’t give away what we don’t possess. If you are constantly running on E, then you will have nothing left to give to those around you.

So what can we do to avoid excess stress this holiday season and be ready & equipped to love and serve those around us??

A little bit of self-care goes a long way.

Don’t wait until the New Year to start making healthy choices a priority. Nope. Start right now.

By taking a small amount of time each day to take care of yourself spiritually, physically and emotionally you will be more equipped to love and serve those around you and less likely to be overcome by stress this holiday season.
